Teaching & Adventure in Papua New Guinea

Registration for this event opens on 29 September 2026

Presenter: Wendy de Luca

Dr de Luca is a highly engaging speaker who will share her experiences of education and adventures in Papua New Guinea.

In 2025 Wendy worked on a project with the PNG government to develop training for the agriculture sector. This will hopefully lead to more positive learning outcomes and career options for young rural people in PNG.

The project included several country visits,  providing vital information for the project as well as insights into the rich and diverse culture of PNG.  In this presentation, Wendy will share these insights as well as discuss the challenges and opportunities related to developing new education pathways for young adults in PNG.

Registration is free but a gold coin is required to attend the session.
