Presenter: Yazdan Mansourian
This workshop explores mindfulness as a practical and accessible approach to enhancing wellbeing.
The session introduces easy-to-follow techniques for cultivating calm, clarity and connection without requiring prior experience in meditation or mindfulness.
All activities and exercises are designed to be comfortable and inclusive for everyone in a safe, supportive environment. The aim is to highlight the social and emotional benefits of shared mindfulness practice, especially fostering connection and reducing feelings of social isolation.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have experienced practical tools they can integrate into daily life to support emotional balance and presence, and a greater sense of inner peace.
Registration is free but a gold coin is required to attend the session.
