Registration for this event opens on 7 April 2026
Presenter: Gordon Hall
This story is not a talk, it's a colourful video presentation (based on Gordon's 2025 book)
The story begins in 1941 when the devastating WWII was raging, and the family farm was needed by the US army as a military vehicle storage depot. So, the Hall's lost their land without any notice, consultation or compensation. But in war, many people lost much more ... they lost their lives.
It is the story about a fortunate life, many adventures, the people met on life's journey and the many changes that 80 years have given us.
Registration is free but a gold coin is required to attend the session.
