Ariba Omar's Volunteering Journey

Ariba Omar is a young community advocate who has shown strong commitment to volunteering from an early age.

Growing up in regional New south Wales, she has taken part in local multicultural events, youth forums, school leadership activities and community health initiatives.  Her involvement reflects a clear sense of responsibility toward her community. 

At the recent Peace Day Ceremony, Ariba was awarded the 2026 Wagga Wagga City Council Peace Award.  She has accomplished all of this while still a senior student at Kooringal High School.
