Mindfulness is a simple yet powerful way of paying attention to the present moment with openness and curiosity. In this 90-min interactive workshop, we will explore what mindfulness really means and how it can support our overall wellbeing in everyday life.
We will briefly discuss how mindfulness can improve focus, support emotional wellbeing, and enhance enjoyment of ordinary moments. Participants will leave with simple tools and techniques they can begin using immediately.
Registration is free but a gold coin is required to attend the session.
