After a career leading one of the regional Australia's largest health systems, Jill Ludford shares insights into the challenges, decisions and stories that shape healthcare in our communities. Drawing on her experience with Murrumbidgee Local Health District, Jill will take participants inside the workings of hospitals, rural health services and the complex decisions involved in delivering care across regional New South Wales.
This engaging session will explore how healthcare leaders respond to crises, manage limited resources, support clinicians and plan for the future of rural health. Participants will also gain insight into how communities can influence and strengthen their local health services.
Expect a lively presentation with real stories, practical insights and plenty of opportunity for discussion.
Afternoon tea will be at 3pm, could participants please bring along their own mug.
