Calligraphy

Presenter: Bruce Boyton

The beautiful art of Calligraphy has been in use around the world for thousands of years. It ranges in use from the historic Book of Kells to contemporary cafe menu cards. Try your hand at this skill. This term will focus on Chancery Cursive Script.

The basic needs are pen and ink, paper, ruler and an eraser, though the serious calligrapher will invest in much more than that. Please bring along any equipment / books that you may already have.  Please contact Bruce if you have any enquiries.
