Are you thinking of downsizing? Leasing your home, your castle?  Ever wondered about the costs of starting a tenancy?

Mark Macarthur, owner and Director of Macarthur Real Estate Agency based in Wagga, will provide an overview of the real estate industry in Wagga Wagga and explain the recent changes to tenancy laws and what this means for renters and landlords.  Some changes to rental laws became effective on 24 October 2024 with most changes commencing 19 May 2025.  Mark will allow time for Q&A for those who would like to clarify any aspect of landlords' and tenants' responsibilities, processes and obligations.   We will take a tea break prior to the Q&A session.   Please bring your questions and your cup.
