Reminiscing: Living in the 50s and 60s

Registration for this event opens on 15 April 2025

Presenter: Ann Brewster

Join fellow Baby Boomers for a look back at some of the moments, events, people and places that were part of living in Australia in the 50s and 60s - the beginning of the Baby Boomer era.  Remember childhood and school days, the White Australia policy, the ideal family, the beloved Holden car, rock and roll, the Queen's first visit, the beginning of television, Beatlemania, the Chiko Roll and the 'legs that stopped a nation'  -  just a few of the memories of the good times, the sad times, the fun, the joy and the laughter. Nostalgia is good for you!  Let's remember before we forget!

Registration is free and a gold coin required to attend every session.
