This class is for members who are reasonably fit. Making activity a part of your life needn't be daunting. We use a variety of exercise programs to improve health, flexibility, balance and strength.
Please wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. Bring along a bottle of water, a small ball, hand weights and resistance band.
Free registration, but a gold coin is required to attend each session.
