Chair Yoga for seniors is a selection of videos suitable for over 60's and beginners. All of our sessions are seated and there will be no floor work. Some of the benefits of chair yoga are improved flexibility by stretching, especially for individuals with limited mobility, joint issues, or balance concerns. Chair exercises offer a safer way to engage in physical activity, and improve muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. A medium size ball and stretchy exercise bands may be used some weeks.
