Floor Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for Seniors is a series of videos that cover the whole term.
The class will consist of a yoga session that runs for 35 minutes and a 10-minute (relaxation) session. Classes are a gentle start for those who wish to increase flexibility and range of motion.
Requirements are that you must be able to get onto the floor and up again unaided. The class is designed as a very gentle introduction to Yoga with lots of stretching.
Please bring a yoga mat, any blocks for support if you need them and a light weight blanket for the relaxation session.
Free registration, but a gold coin required for each session.
