    You will need a hat, water and sturdy, comfortable walking shoes for this walking tour. The Zoo is located on the side of a hill, and the paths may be uneven and rough.

Living City - Wagga Zoo

Presenter: Wagga Wagga City Council

In the middle of Wagga’s Botanic Gardens, you’ll find a little Zoo. You’ve seen lots of kids there – now it’s time for the Big (U3A) Kids’ Tour!

This one-hour tour will take us around the recently renovated Zoo precinct. We might meet a dingo, or a nice slithery olive python (are you game to pat it?). You might be the one to feed a cow – or a camel. Will the sleepy wombat appear? The tour will end in the wonderful free-flight aviary.

Your gold coin donation will support the work of the Zoo.

After the U3A tour, you may wish to visit the café for an optional cuppa or lunch.
