A moderate exercise course for seniors who are seeking to improve fitness, strength and balance.
Come along and exercise in a friendly environment. We go to the North Wagga Café for coffee after the class. Please wear supportive shoes, comfortable clothing and your U3A lanyard with your emergency contact filled in on the back.
Please bring water, light hand weights and a ball that fits comfortably in your hand.
